Shuhei Yamakoshi, Ph.D.
Dr. Shuhei Yamakoshi is responsible for medicinal chemistry at PRISM BioLab.
He has experience in small-molecule and natural product–based drug discovery targeting immunological and oncological diseases. He contributed to the establishment of a targeted protein degradation platform. He worked at a Japanese biotechnology company, where he led a program on multifunctional peptide conjugates.
He received his B.S. and M.S. from Waseda University and his Ph.D. from Hiroshima University.
