Masataka Umitsu, Ph.D.
Dr. Masataka Umitsu is responsible for protein science and biophysics at PRISM BioLab.
He has broad research experience across Japan and Toronto, as well as in drug discovery projects at Japanese biotechnology companies. He joined PRISM BioLab in 2024.
He received his bachelor’s degree from International Christian University, his master’s degree from Osaka University, and his Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo.
