Koji Ando
Koji Ando is responsible for investor relations and corporate functions at PRISM BioLab.
He previously worked in medicinal chemistry research at Pfizer’s Central Research Laboratories in Japan, where he contributed to the generation of two clinical candidates. Following the site’s closure, he joined RaQualia Pharma Inc. at its founding.
Leveraging his scientific background, he has led a wide range of corporate functions, including corporate planning, investor relations, and legal and general affairs. He also played a key role in establishing governance and disclosure systems for a publicly listed company.
He joined PRISM BioLab in 2025. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Applied Chemistry from Keio University.
